Key Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a direct B2B marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition and SaaS revenue growth.
  • Design and lead integrated campaigns across content, SEO/SEM, paid media, and account‑based marketing.
  • Own marketing dashboards, analyse campaign performance, and adjust tactics in real time for ROI.
  • Shape product marketing narratives and go‑to‑market strategies for M365‑related solutions.
  • Support commercial leadership in preparing for investment milestones or potential exit scenarios.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing marketing team, mentoring junior talent while remaining hands‑on.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to align marketing with commercial goals.

Key Attributes Required

  • Proven experience (2–3+ years) driving growth in a SaaS scale‑up, ideally in a successful exit or significant growth phase.
  • Deep experience in direct B2B marketing for software or enterprise technology.
  • Hands‑on skills across digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Experience with M365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration tools is highly desirable.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to create, read, and optimise dashboards.
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious, eager to grow with the business.
  • Experience with product marketing is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, PE‑funded environment focused on strategic thinking and tactical execution.
