Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing must manage several key relationships and stakeholders across the business, with various KPIs and brand goals to juggle. As such, strong communication and collaboration skills, organisation and creative insight are a central to this role. We are looking for someone who has been responsible for setting a social strategy and implementing it across multiple platforms, with experience in creating, posting and optimising content. The ability to analyse data and performance is a must, as is a passion for social media and the fashion/apparel market. Management experience is also required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work closely with Head of Brands and Head of Partnerships to develop commercial planner to ensure all departments are working to same deadlines for company-wide marketing calendar on air table.

  • Tracking: Working alongside CFO to closely monitor and sign off budgets across the whole womens and menswear marketing departments.

  • Deliver all planned content on time for launches and on budget.

  • Ensure launches are fully planned, approved, scheduled and ready re all social media channels & web content so all departments can work to deadlines.

  • Thorough analysis of reporting to determine where to spend our next £ to maximise web traffic, brand awareness and social following.

  • Analyse campaign performance and sales figures to inform future marketing decisions.

  • Present in trade meetings – providing detailed insights/ results and plan of action to improve where needed.

  • Setting agenda and presenting in weekly social meeting – ensuring social leads have creative sign offs, social plans and shoot ideas ready to present to founders.

  • Put in processes to ensure the ultimate efficiency of the creative and marketing teams.

  • Manage the wider team of creatives across on both mens and womens departments fostering creativity, accountability and collaboration.

  • Perform appraisals, manage annual leave & TOIL to ensure no clashes of team members

  • Oversee influencer outreach to ensure the KPIs are met and reach new global audiences – ultimately driving traffic to site.

  • Monitoring and protecting the organization's reputation and image, especially during challenging situations or crises.

  • Stay ahead of fashion, digital and consumer trends to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant.

  • Lead by example, setting the tone and benchmarking the standards of work and conduct expected by the social teams both in the day-to-day and on location (shoots, events etc).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as head of marketing with large budgets in-house.

  • Have great knowledge of the culture and community behind both brands Jadedldn, and Jaded man, along with working with head of brands to understand the current vision.

  • A strategic and ‘big picture’ thinking and be able to set a clear vision and plan whilst also being a ‘doer’ and in particular ensuring operational excellence.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing digital business with +50m revenue

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing whilst also having a very good understanding of brand marketing

  • Understanding of new world/ young Gen Z consumer

  • Experience in managing a team 5+ members

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and getting things done.

  • Take ownership of your department and have the drive to succeed.

  • You see something not working and take action to fix it without waiting for direction.

  • Able to think of new and innovative ideas, creating the strategy for them and then executing to a high standard.

  • Great communicator at all levels.
