Are you a commercially sharp, data-led marketing leader who thrives on turning insight into strategy—and strategy into results?
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead audience growth and campaign performance across three well-established B2B event portfolios spanning the US, EU, and UK. These include large-scale exhibitions and a paid conference, so we’re looking for someone with deep experience in event marketing, audience acquisition, and delegate conversion.
This is a hands-on role to start, with a junior team that needs guidance, coaching, and confidence-building. You’ll be the strategic lead and the steady hand—driving performance while shaping the brand’s next chapter for growth.

Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Dorking), 2 days WFH
or
2 days from Dorking and 1 day from London office - ( 2 days WFH)
Team
You’ll lead a team of 5 (3 Marketing Managers, 2 Marketing Executives) and collaborate closely with sales, content, and commercial teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy across three global B2B event portfolios
- Build and execute 365-day engagement plans for exhibitors, delegates, and partners
- Lead omnichannel campaigns (digital, content, paid media, email, social, partnerships)
- Drive delegate acquisition for a paid conference and visitor growth for exhibitions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial goals
- Manage strategic partnerships with media outlets and industry influencers
- Track and optimise campaign performance, audience growth, and ROI
- Mentor and develop a junior team, fostering confidence and capability
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in B2B event marketing (exhibitions and paid conferences)
- Promoting and growing large-scale international events
- Expertise in CRM and digital platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on budget ownership
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills across hybrid teams
- Skilled in content marketing, brand development, and storytelling
- Background in automotive or technology sectors (desirable)
