Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager (Contract)

B2B Sector Experience Required

Equals Five is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and energetic Portfolio B2B Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager to join one of our fast-growing clients.

As a portfolio Head of Marketing you need to be comfortable working across multiple brands within the B2B sector and should have extensive hands-on, operational experience working within small to medium-sized companies.

Please note that you MUST be available to START IMMEDIATELY or have a short (maximum 2 weeks) notice period on your existing role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing activities according to our marketing strategy
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Design and execute all marketing campaigns and programmes
• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to deliver set objectives
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• International travel maybe required

Core Skills & Competencies

Must be proficient in and possess a working knowledge of the following skills and competencies:

• Very strong project and campaign management required
• Lead generation and growth marketing tactics
• Campaign design and execution of a broad range of lead generation tactics
• ABM&S concepts and methodologies
• Technological proficiency across marketing automation software/tools
• Content strategy & creation: Copywriting/Editing/Basic Design/Storytelling/Research
• Campaign management: Project planning from conceptualisation to implementation
• Data analysis and management incl. segmentation and targeting
• Website & CRM management
• Face-to-face client engagements and relationship building
