As the Head of Marketing Programs Operations (all genders), you will lead the strategic and operational backbone of our global marketing operations engine. This role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market execution, optimizing marketing performance, and enabling cross-functional alignment across regions and business units. You will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for campaign operations – from program automation, to content creation, design, best practices across marketing technology, data governance, and performance analytics—ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, measurable, and impactful, working closely aligned with Lucanet’s revenue operations teams across systems optimization, ARR marketing performance reporting, amongst other core business KPIs.
Responsibilities include:
- GTM Programs operations strategy and Enablement: Lead the global GTM marketing operations strategy, aligning with business priorities and regional needs.
- Marketing Technology & Data Infrastructure: Own the global marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal usage.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Build unified dashboards and reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and channel performance.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor a global team of marketing programs operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing operations, campaign execution, or GTM strategy roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading global teams and building scalable operational frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into operational plans with measurable outcomes.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong command of data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
