Role Summary The Head of Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of marketing, e-commerce, and customer-facing activity at Rave Coffee. This role ensures that campaigns, content, product launches, digital activity, and lifecycle communications are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard — in full alignment with the brand.
Working under the Managing Director, this role is responsible for translating brand and creative strategy (as developed by the Brand Director) into actionable plans, clear timelines, and smooth execution. They manage the Marketing and E-commerce teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and maintain momentum across all brand-related workstreams.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Delivery • Deliver against the campaign calendar set by the Brand Director — ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and execution plans are in place and on track. • Translate strategic and creative briefs into practical timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. • Lead cross-functional planning meetings and status tracking to ensure momentum and alignment.
