Purpose of the Role
To establish, scale and lead the marketing function for medneo UK, driving brand growth, commercial impact, patient acquisition and market visibility across both B2B (NHS/private healthcare partners) and B2C (patient audiences).
Key Responsibilities
- Build the entire marketing foundation, infrastructure and strategy.
- Deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Manage agencies and suppliers to high performance.
- Represent marketing at senior level, influencing business direction.
- Support the UK growth plan including new service lines, mobile diagnostics expansion, and tender‑related positioning.
- Define and deliver a bold, commercially aligned marketing strategy supporting business growth across B2B, B2C and NHS customer groups.
- Ensure medneo UK is positioned strongly within the diagnostic imaging, mobile MRI/CT and clinical services sector.
- Build frameworks, processes, performance dashboards and success metrics required for a high‑performing marketing function.
- Own the medneo UK brand direction, ensuring it is innovative, consistent and distinctive across all channels.
- Lead brand development projects, tone‑of‑voice evolution, brand architecture, service proposition messaging and competitive positioning.
- Drive innovation in content, creative, digital and offline channels to accelerate reach and engagement.
- Digital:
- Lead SEO strategy, technical optimisation and content structure.
- Run PPC/SEM campaigns (Google, paid social, remarketing) to generate leads and patient demand.
- Oversee digital analytics, funnel performance, attribution modelling and CRO.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM campaigns and email strategies.
- Content:
- Create and oversee high‑quality content: case studies, thought leadership, clinical narratives, sales collateral, proposal decks and tender‑support material.
- Social:
- Build a strong presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and specialist healthcare communities.
- Offline:
- Plan and deliver print advertising, outdoor media, direct mail, and trade publication placements.
- Lead exhibition and event strategy (healthcare conferences, trade shows, NHS engagement events).
- Drive campaigns that support tender positioning, partnership visibility, commercial bids and stakeholder influence.
- Build targeted segmentation strategies for healthcare decision makers.
- Deliver integrated patient‑acquisition campaigns for the Central London clinic.
- Optimise local SEO, referral pathways and appointment conversion.
- Manage creative, digital, PR, media‑buying and SEO/PPC agencies with accountability for performance and ROI.
- Partner closely with the CEO, Commercial Director, Operations Director and clinical stakeholders.
- Communicate marketing performance with clarity to the UK leadership and wider organisation.
- Own the marketing budget; allocate spend with a commercial, ROI‑led mindset.
- Build dashboards for funnel metrics, campaign results, revenue attribution, patient acquisition and B2B lead quality.
- Use Google Analytics, CRM insights, tracking tools and robust reporting methodologies to drive decisions.
- As the organisation grows, build and lead an internal marketing team with clear capability development, mentoring and performance culture.

Essential Qualifications
- Senior‑level marketing background within healthcare, ideally diagnostics, imaging, medical technology, or clinical services.
- Proven success in high‑pressure, high‑growth environments with bold decision making and entrepreneurial delivery.
- Strong experience across SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, content, brand, offline media, integrated campaigns.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on with equal confidence.
- Demonstrable experience supporting NHS B2B relationships, healthcare tenders, or procurement environments.
- Strong multi‑channel understanding (digital, PR, social, events, offline).
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior level, with the ability to challenge and influence.
- High commercial acumen and data‑driven mindset.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in mobile healthcare services, diagnostic imaging or outsourced clinical service providers.
- Understanding of UK healthcare policy, patient pathways or NHS commissioning.
- Experience leading agencies or building internal marketing teams.
