Founding Head of Marketing & Creator Growth (Equity-Only Role)

Location: Remote (UK/EU preferred)
Commitment: Part-time (1-2 days/week to start, full-time post-funding)
Compensation: Equity-only (share options) until funding is secured, then transitions to a salaried role with continued equity.

ReelTrip seamlessly combines discovery and booking into one flow, allowing users to watch, love, and book stays, restaurants, bars, and experiences directly from authentic creator content. Anyone, not just influencers, can be a creator on ReelTrip, whether you’re a local foodie or an avid traveler.
Role Description
We’re looking for our Founding Head of Marketing & Creator Growth, a culture-savvy, influencer-first marketer who knows how to make brands move at lightning speed. This is not your typical marketing gig. You’ll own the launch strategy, creator onboarding, and viral growth campaigns that put ReelTrip in the hands (and feeds) of millions. You’ll shape the voice, energy, and cultural footprint of a company built for Gen Z & Millennial travellers.
What you’ll do
- Launch Strategy: Design and execute the go-to-market plan for ReelTrip’s public launch
- Influencer Growth: Attract, onboard, and energise creators, from micro TikTokers to global travel storytellers
- Creator/User Management: Outreach, onboarding, and campaign coordination for our travel creators. Initially run in-house
- Social-First Campaigns: Create viral challenges, activations, and content loops that drive bookings
- Brand Building: Make ReelTrip the authentic voice of short-form travel booking across media and PR (working closely with our Chief Growth & Partnerships Officer)
- Partnership Marketing: Co‑create with travel, dining, and lifestyle brands for high-impact campaigns (working closely with our Chief Growth & Partnerships Officer)
- Growth Metrics: Drive creator retention, community engagement, and bookings through marketing. Organic social strategy, paid ad testing, and email/CRM.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in influencer marketing, social-first campaigns, or creator partnerships
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and what makes content go viral
- A creative storyteller who can turn campaigns into cultural moments
- Startup mindset: experimental, and growth-obsessed
- Passion for travel and the creator economy
