Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing Strategy to lead our marketing initiatives. The role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and guiding creative direction to elevate the HOCB brand.
Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, collaborating with founders and stakeholders to expand reach and enhance brand affinity.
Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions, ensuring effective execution to drive results.
Create and manage budgets for marketing research to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
Oversee brand marketing campaigns post-implementation.
Communicate marketing plans effectively within the team.
Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for impactful product launches aligned with business KPIs.
Lead global marketing strategies, including creative campaigns, partnerships, and retail expansion, to increase international presence.
Initiate and execute innovative partnerships that reinforce brand messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team across verticals, providing strategic support and channel expertise.
Establish short-term and long-term KPIs for social media and e-commerce platforms.
Analyze social media and Google Analytics data to derive consumer insights.
Minimum 5 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in Fashion or Beauty sectors.
Proven ability to develop and scale marketing strategies from startup to growth stages.
Strong expertise across digital marketing, shopper marketing, content creation, copywriting, print, social media, branding, and campaigns.
Experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
