Role Summary This is a new role at RMS, exciting and pivotal. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and evolving the School’s digital presence and marketing strategy, enhancing our reputation locally, nationally and internationally. Working closely with senior leaders, external agencies and internal teams, you’ll shape a compelling, authentic and future-facing narrative for the School, ensuring our values and ambitions are reflected consistently across all platforms and audiences. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and digitally-savvy Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our efforts and significantly enhance the school's brand presence. This role demands a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the school's digital narrative, attracting prospective families, and fostering strong engagement with our wider community. Responsibilities The successful candidate will:
Oversee and evolve the School’s digital presence and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with school values and ambitions. Lead, develop and mentor the Marketing & Communications team, and collaborate with senior leaders, external agencies and internal teams. Shape a compelling narrative for the School across all platforms and audiences, locally, nationally and internationally. Enhance the School’s reputation and brand presence, and attract prospective families.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Experience leading marketing and communications efforts in an education setting is desirable but not required. Strong strategic thinking, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
