Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Booksy
Your career as Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Booksy will provide you with the opportunity to own the end-to-end customer journey for both providers and customers on one of the leading beauty, health, and wellness marketplace platforms in the world.
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and working closely with colleagues in Martech, Data, and Product, you’ll lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists in planning and delivering CRM campaigns while ensuring seamless CRM stack integration.
Much of your motivation and satisfaction will come from knowing the responsibility you’ll have, the freedom you’ll experience, and the role you’ll play in building and scaling segmented lifecycle programs that drive engagement, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
Requirements
Essentially, to succeed in this role, you’ll need…
- Proven success in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) and experience managing CRM tech stacks and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, data, and engineering teams.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing strategies, and personalization techniques.
- Experience in driving customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies with measurable results.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and marketing funnel optimization.
