Role Overview
Wren Sterling’s lead generation work is scaling quickly. We’ve proven the concept, we’re profitable, and now we’re looking for someone to come and own the next stage.
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to run our lead generation strategy and execution.
This role will be pivotal in scaling our marketing efforts and matching the ambition of the business to become one of the go-to brands in the UK financial advice market.
First and foremost, you must be a digital marketing pro. Growing our Direct channel through SEO and performance marketing is a priority, so you’ll need to demonstrate experience of growing leads and revenue, digitally – either in-house or at an agency.
Alongside that, you need to be looking one step ahead to what’s going to make Wren Sterling stand out to prospects in the future.
We do some paid-for leads work to give our sales teams access to warm leads, and this person will optimise the combination of that and our digital marketing to maximise ROI, working closely with the Sales Leadership and Marketing Director to make recommendations and execute.
Other growth areas where you can make a difference include our Workplace channel, where we help employers to optimise their employee benefits strategy and in turn, help their employees make the right decisions with their finances – so cross-referring to our Private Client sales team.
We also have a Partnerships channel which includes Building Societies and our professional connections, as well as referral relationships with global insurers and some of the UK’s biggest listed firms.
Wren Sterling’s Marketing team is lean and efficient with a reputation in the business for getting things done. You’ll need a proactive approach and be willing to contribute to areas outside of your immediate remit to make sure we hit our departmental objectives.
