Job Description

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and has a proven track record of growing brands from early-stage through to scale-up.

  • Own and lead full-funnel digital marketing across SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates, Influencers, CRM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, Paid Social, App, Direct Mail, and Analytics.
  • Oversee tag management systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights across platforms.
  • Develop and deliver impactful campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, including Meta, Google, and ATL.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative multi-channel strategies.
  • Manage daily trading activity across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee CMS, CRO, merchandising, promotions, content, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver a cohesive digital customer experience.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the DTC websites.
  • Ensure digital infrastructure supports scalability, automation, and personalisation.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional digital team of 2 direct reports.
  • Balance short-term commercial performance with long-term strategic growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, agile, and data-driven culture focused on excellence in performance, brand, and customer experience.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to maximise ROI and brand impact.
