LHH is partnered with a purpose-led, independent organisation operating at the heart of the UK’s financial services sector. They seek a strategic and hands-on Head of Customer Communications and Marketing to join the senior leadership team and shape how the organisation engages with customers and the wider public—enhancing awareness, building trust, and strengthening understanding of our purpose and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver a customer communications and marketing strategy that supports organisational priorities and delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
- Manage the brand and tone of voice, oversee content across all owned channels, and ensure messaging is timely, empathetic, and effective.
- Advise the Executive Team, manage agency partners, and lead communications during incidents and periods of change.
Qualifications
- Proven leader who has owned customer communications in previous roles, with a track record of building and scaling communications and marketing functions from scratch.
- Extensive digital marketing experience and a deep understanding of brand strategy.
- Passion for customer experience, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a regulated environment.
