We’re looking for a visionary, brand-obsessed Head of Brand Marketing to define how Ohme shows up in the world - shaping a brand that is distinctive, trusted, and loved.
This is more than a brand role. It’s about building a creative engine that scales - driving brand distinction, preference, and trust across every touchpoint. You’ll lead PR, design, web, and B2B marketing to deliver campaigns and assets that inspire, unify, and differentiate.
At Ohme, brand is a strategic asset. It’s what earns customer trust, partner confidence, and employee pride. You’ll be the custodian of that asset, ensuring our identity is clear, consistent, and compelling - both in consumer and partner markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Ohme’s brand strategy, identity, and creative direction.
- Drive creative and asset generation at scale - building toolkits, campaigns, and templates that accelerate delivery.
- Lead PR and communications, managing media relations, thought leadership, and reputation.
- Oversee design and creative production, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all channels.
- Guide website content and design strategy (with technical execution led by the web developer), ensuring it reflects brand identity and drives engagement.
- Lead B2B marketing, developing campaigns, events, and sales enablement tools to support dealerships, OEMs, retailers, wholesalers, and leasing partners.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Engagement teams to ensure brand storytelling supports commercial outcomes without losing authenticity.
- Safeguard and grow brand trust by ensuring all external expressions of Ohme are aligned, credible, and emotionally engaging.
About You – Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading brand, creative, and B2B marketing strategy in a fast-growing business.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate strategy into scalable campaigns and assets.
- Track record of managing PR, design, and creative functions.
- Experience driving B2B campaigns and partner marketing initiatives that enable sales growth.
- Deep understanding of visual identity systems, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Skilled at balancing long-term brand building with short-term campaign delivery needs.
- Collaborative leader able to align creative, commercial, and technical teams around a clear brand vision.
- Experience working across web, digital, and campaign environments, ideally with tech or consumer brands.
