This opportunity is ideal for a Head of Brand & Content (or Director-level) who combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll lead the next chapter of brand development — from positioning and tone of voice to AI-powered content creation and omnichannel strategy. This is a leadership role where brand isn’t just about design — it’s about driving pipeline, perception, and performance.

What They're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS brand, content, or communications leadership
  • Proven ability to scale content operations and elevate brand perception
  • Leadership experience managing teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Deep understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, and multichannel storytelling
  • Familiarity with AI tools like GPT-4, Claude, Jasper, and emerging search platforms
  • Comfortable with analytics, optimization, and tying brand/content to pipeline and ROI
  • Strong communicator — able to distill complex narratives into clear messaging across audiences
  • A hands-on, strategic thinker with an experimentation mindset
  • Passion for innovation, emerging tech, and shaping brand stories that matter
  • Experience managing brand reputation and consistency across fast-scaling orgs

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand Evolution

  • Lead a full brand evolution: from positioning and identity to voice and visual consistency
  • Develop a global brand and content strategy aligned with business and growth goals
  • Guide ICP-driven storytelling and messaging frameworks
  • Act as brand guardian across all touchpoints — internal and external
  • Build and scale brand systems, tone of voice guidelines, and creative ops infrastructure
  • Coach and grow a content/brand team while managing agency relationships
  • Own the editorial calendar — from blogs and case studies to sales enablement and social
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to deliver content across the funnel
  • Drive hyper-personalized experiences for multiple ICPs across channels
  • Lead content performance analysis tied to clear business metrics (e.g. impressions, conversions, pipeline)

SEO & AI Search Optimization

  • Optimize for both traditional and AI-powered search engines
  • Develop content clusters and topic authority frameworks using semantic analysis
  • Stay ahead of trends, identify content gaps, and shape content to fit evolving search behaviour
  • Deliver engaging, human-first content that also performs in algorithmic environments
