As Head of PR & Social at Townhouse, you will lead the development and execution of both our PR and Social Media strategies to build brand reputation, foster media relationships, and drive engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the voice of a dynamic, fast-growing brand while collaborating with top-tier media, influencers, and industry leaders.
Develop and execute PR and Social Media strategies (Specifically on Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels) that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and credibility.
# Build strong partnerships with global brands, influencers, and KOLs to amplify Townhouse's presence.
# Lead the Social Media team in content creation, scheduling, and community management, on Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
# Monitor PR and Social Media performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
# Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure a unified brand message.
# Lead and mentor a high-performing PR and Social team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Strong experience, ideally equally weighted in both PR and Social Media, preferably from within the beauty, luxury or lifestyle sector.
Proven ability to craft and execute innovative PR and Social Media campaigns across the relevant channels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance.
Experience in crisis management and reputation mitigation.
