Head of Brand, Creative and Content Marketing

Direct the development and execution of high-quality written, video, data visualisation, and interactive content.
Present complex strategic recommendations and content plans confidently to CMO and senior client teams, building trust.
Create comprehensive, scalable content plans aligned with strategic objectives, budgets, and audiences.
Oversee the activities of the content department, including research, theme identification, creation, reporting, and optimisation.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure brand and creative consistency locally and globally.
Lead by example through excellent writing skills.
Utilise current techniques to deliver content effective at all stages of the buyer cycle.
Work with international colleagues across strategy, creative, and reach to deliver impactful programmes for B2B clients.
Ensure quality assurance, maintaining a holistic connection to brand, campaign, and target audience.
Excellent writer and creative thinker, understanding diverse reader needs across geographies, industries, and generations.
Minimum five years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in a content role.
Experience in leading and developing a team, improving quality and efficiency.
Stay updated with technology and its deployment for client benefit.
Skilled at integrating creative concepts or brand positioning into technical content.
Natural collaborator and excellent communicator, both written and verbal, online and face-to-face.
Strong planning, organisational, human, and negotiation skills.
