They are positioned as a global leader in this changing marketplace with increased competition and have 6+ globally recognized productivity-focused (B2B/B2C) technology products and 220 million downloads worldwide.
The Opportunity: Having transitioned to a subscription-driven business model, our client seeks a technical, creative, and highly strategic Head of Lifecycle Marketing to develop a growth-focused lifecycle marketing strategy, personalized content libraries, and a comprehensive journey map focused on personalization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). • Create personalized content libraries and a journey map that emphasizes individual customer personalization. • Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and senior stakeholders across the company’s consumer product portfolio. • Lead campaign development hands-on, ensuring strategy execution meets high standards and drives ROI.
Qualifications
- Overall Experience: 8+ years in lifecycle marketing for consumer-focused mobile apps; experience with subscription-based models is ideal.
- Core Competencies: Technical, creative, and analytical strengths with expertise in targeted LTV-driven campaigns for diverse customer segments.
- Hands-On Approach: Actively participates in campaign development and execution, not solely delegating tasks.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with lifecycle marketing technologies (e.g., Braze, Validity Software); experience in customer segmentation and personalization.
- People Leadership: 5+ years building and scaling teams in similar corporate environments.
- Technology, Data, and Creativity:Ability to create data-fueled campaigns enhanced by technology partnerships.
- Metrics-Driven Mindset: Uses LTV, MAUs, RFM, retention, and trial-to-pay conversions as north-star metrics to drive engagement and ROI.
- Experience evaluating churn/retention, trial-to-pay and conversion metrics.
