About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager to join on a contract basis and lead the launch and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns. This is a fast-moving role where creativity meets analytics, with scope to extend beyond the initial 90-day contract if results are strong.

The right candidate will be hands-on, creative, and data-driven, comfortable managing campaigns across both mainstream and alternative platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Telegram, Rumble, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Research, identify, and test growth opportunities including newsletter sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and alternative ad networks.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, creative briefs, and content to maximize impact.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, adjusting for CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
  • Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Stay ahead of advertising trends and platform policy changes to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel paid ad campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram, and Rumble.
  • Strong grasp of funnel building, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
  • Confident with analytics and reporting, translating data into strategy.
  • Experience with sponsorship outreach and managing paid placements is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
