As we continue to scale, we are looking for a seasoned marketer to join our team as either a Head of Acquisition or a broader Head of Marketing role. This is a dynamic role providing an outstanding opportunity to grow with a hyper-growth business.
Be responsible for core new customer acquisition channels and retention marketing
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing strategies overlooking both paid search and social with our paid media agencies
Be responsible for core new customer acquisition channels and retention marketing
Liaise with our brand team to guide creative testing and scaling for paid social
Work with our SEO specialist and in-house content team to drive organic revenue
# Retention - oversee CRM, app, and subscription initiatives to maximise customer engagement
# Work closely with the Head of Growth and other senior leaders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
5+ years of performance marketing experience in £50m+ ARR, hyper-growth businesses
~ Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
~ Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
~ You thrive in a high-performance environment where effort and intensity are the norm. Your passion for what you’re building drives you to give it your all and deliver.
