Growth Marketing Manager (CRM)

They’ve nailed the vibes & now they’re looking for someone to really drive the commercial side of marketing and take their CRM, loyalty, delivery and in-store strategy to the next level.
This Head of Growth role is a bit of a hybrid — not just your standard performance or brand role. This person needs to be data-driven , yes, but also someone who gets loyalty , understands delivery partners (like Just Eat/Deliveroo), and knows how to bring customers into physical restaurants , not just drive online growth.
You’ll be leading a small but mighty team, working cross-functionally with brand, ops, tech and commercial, and be the key person driving:
CRM & loyalty growth – turning a big app launch into long-term customer value
Delivery performance – working with platforms like Deliveroo, UberEats and Just Eat to increase visibility, promos and ROI
Local restaurant marketing – bringing in-store campaigns to life and driving footfall to physical locations
Promotions, pricing & menu strategy – making data-driven decisions that boost bottom-line impact
There’s a solid foundation already — what they need now is someone who can come in, own it, and elevate it.
You’ve got an incredible backround in marketing , a hospitality or QSR background and a real passion for building data-led campaigns that don’t just look good, but actually move the needle.
You're probably a Senior Manager ready to step up , or already at Head of level and looking for a more dynamic, fast-paced brand. Fluent in CRM, loyalty, and customer retention
Comfortable with restaurant marketing and driving in-store traffic
