OverviewSyndeo.cx Belfast, Northern Ireland, United KingdomWe are looking for a Product-led Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through product-focused demand generation. You’ll work closely with Sales and the Founders to launch campaigns, generate pipeline and optimise every step of the customer acquisition journey.ResponsibilitiesExecute on our growth strategy across paid, organic and owned channels.Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, both direct to market and through partner channel.Create engaging product-aligned content, including artefacts such as e-books, factsheets and engaging product demo videos.Engage with key partners on co-marketing and demand generation activities to create qualified pipeline opportunities.Track and report on funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution).Continuously test and iterate on channels, creatives and messaging.Ensure all content on the Syndeo website is up to date and features of the website are performing to a high standard in line with best practice for SEO.Run and optimise paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for CAC efficiency and pipeline impact.Liaise with graphic designers, printers and media as required.QualificationsHigher level qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.3 to 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation and ARR growth.Proven experience in running paid acquisition and email marketing with clear ROI.Data driven mindset; strong with analytics, A/B testing and marketing metrics.Strong aptitude for technology.Excellent writing and messaging skills (for example, product e-books, email and landing pages).Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads.Ability to confidently support Syndeo at industry events, exhibitions and partner engagement.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
