OverviewGrowth Marketing Executive at Twinkl Educational Publishing.Join to apply for the Growth Marketing Executive role at Twinkl Educational Publishing.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Base pay rangeLocation: Remote UKHours: 37.5 per weekContract: PermanentSalary: £25,000 - £35,000ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate new growth opportunities: Research and assess emerging channels and strategies that align with Twinkl's target customers across various international marketsExperiment fast: Plan, launch, and iterate tests to validate new marketing channels and tacticsPerformance analysis & reporting: Track key metrics, measure performance, and recommend next stepsLeverage AI and new technologies to improve marketing processes, automate where possible, and stay ahead of the curveStay on top of new tools, channels, innovations and marketing trends to bring fresh ideas into the teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams (content, paid media, product, SEO) to maximise the impact of growth initiativesOwn projects from end to end, maintaining speed, attention to detail, and a mindset of continual learningQualifications1–3 years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related fieldSolid understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer growth and eager to explore new channels and tacticsHighly competent with data-informed decision making - ability to extract key insights from available quantitative and qualitative analysisFamiliarity with a range of marketing channels (e.g., paid social, search, partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate, organic strategies)Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentComfortable experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effortsExperience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel/Sheets)Adaptable and comfortable with change, always ready to pivot based on resultsExcellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholdersBonus Skills (not Required, But Beneficial)Experience with international marketing or launching into new marketsBasic skills in content creation (e.g. social media, blog posts, landing pages, ad copy)Familiarity with low-code / no-code tools & platforms (e.g., Zapier, Webflow, Framer)BenefitsA friendly, welcoming and supportive culture.
