Now we’re looking for a Growth & Content Marketing Manager to build an inbound engine that gets founders calling us.
This isn’t about likes or vanity metrics - it’s about creating measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
LinkedIn (Main Channel)
Build and execute a posting plan around key themes: hiring insights, founder pain points, case studies, and market commentary.
Repurpose internal wins, conversations, and data into clean, scroll-stopping content.
Track engagement, profile growth, and inbound leads - and spot what’s working.
Collaborate with BD to ensure warm leads are followed up quickly.
Email (Secondary Channel)
Create short, founder-focused email campaigns - case studies, success stories, and monthly updates.
Build and segment our founder list to keep communication sharp and relevant.
Track open rates, click-throughs, and iterate based on performance.
Growth & Analytics
Set up simple but effective funnels for tracking campaigns and leads.
Report weekly on reach, engagement, inbound messages, and meetings booked.
Use data to refine what we do - no guesswork, no fluff.
What You’ll Bring
Experience creating and managing LinkedIn content for B2B or startup audiences.
Understanding of founder psychology and how to market to tech companies.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, plus confidence with basic analytics.
Ability to show examples of content that delivered real business results.
Proactive, curious, and capable of working independently.
