Marketing Manager - B2B Growth and Partnership

Location: Birchwood, Warrington Full-Time | Leadership Role | Multi-Brand Environment Our client, a high-growth B2B organisation operating across multiple brands and markets, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and drive commercial impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, strategic, and hands-on environment. You'll shape the marketing strategy, develop campaigns that drive revenue and retention, and oversee content, brand, partner marketing and events. You'll also manage and develop a Marketing Assistant while working closely with Sales, Procurement, Product, and senior leaders.

The Role

Driving Revenue & Retention

Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads. Lead Account-Based Marketing programmes targeting priority accounts. Develop customer retention, lifecycle and upsell campaigns for a digital platform. Own the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates at every stage.
