Are you a strategic marketer who loves rolling up your sleeves to deliver impactful campaigns?
At Vines, we’re looking for a Marketing Campaign & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of high-profile marketing initiatives that connect with our customers, strengthen our brand, and fuel business growth.
This is a varied role where you’ll lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, manage sponsorships and partnerships, and bring unforgettable events to life. You’ll be the central point of contact across the Vines group working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to make sure every project runs smoothly — on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of business-wide marketing campaigns, from strategy development through to implementation and performance analysis.
- Campaign Planning Point of Contact: Serve as the primary coordinator for campaign planning across Sales, Aftersales, and other departments.
- Sponsorships, Partnerships & Events: Manage collaborations and events that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Marketing Activity Execution: Deliver campaigns using a mix of in-house tools (email, SMS, artwork) and external agency support.
- Insights & Market Analysis: Provide actionable insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Oversight & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable returns.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all external communications align with BMW Group brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration & Support: Support the Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider marketing team to achieve business objectives
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2C and B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to digital, partnerships, and events.
- Passion for being hands-on, directly delivering marketing collateral and campaign elements.
- Confident using tools such as Dotdigital (or similar), social media platforms, CMS, and digital analytics.
- Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in automotive or financial services marketing is desirable but not essential.
- A creative problem-solver with excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- CIM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus.
- A full UK driving licence is required
