Group Marketing DirectorCirca £150k salary, plus Bonus & LTIPWe are partnering with a client that is a fast paced, digital consumer business, with an autonomous culture that is focussed on innovation. Reporting directly into the MD, this role will be responsible for developing a multi brand portfolio, leading a performance marketing led strategy in order to drive customer acquisition, whilst also focusing on retention, lifetime value and brand equity. This is a highly commercial, dynamic environment that would suit someone who has experience in a high growth, scale up environment. A performance marketing, data led background is essential, alongside the desire to take ownership and drive the marketing function forward. This role provides the opportunity to develop both the brand proposition and commercial performance. Due to the rapid growth of the wider organisation, there is the potential for long term career development. The base salary is circa £150k and within the package, there is also a bonus and LTIP. The company are based in Central London and operate a hybrid working policy with 2 days a week in the office.
