Overview

Head of Marketing at Newcross Healthcare Solutions – lead marketing strategy for three purpose‑driven brands: Newcross Healthcare, FuturU, and Voices of Care.

Location & Compensation

Location: Bristol Hub (Hybrid – up to 3 days in the office per week)

Salary: £65,000 + up to 10% per annum bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and direction: Define and execute marketing strategies that fuel growth across all three brands.
  • Shape brand identities: Evolve our voice, visual identity, and storytelling to strengthen brand distinction and trust.
  • Inspire and lead team: Build and lead a high‑performing, creative, data‑savvy marketing team that thrives on experimentation and results.
  • Drive performance: Establish a culture of measurable impact through KPIs, analytics, and insight‑driven decision‑making.
  • Champion creativity and innovation: Oversee powerful campaigns that connect emotionally and deliver commercially.
  • Leverage AI and automation: Embed next‑generation tools and techniques that supercharge creativity and productivity.
  • Collaborate and influence: Work hand‑in‑hand with senior leaders across the business, shaping strategy and driving transformation.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record leading marketing teams in multi‑brand or multi‑audience organisations.
  • Strong strategic marketing experience across digital and offline channels.
  • Expertise in data‑led marketing, analytics, and performance optimisation.
  • Exceptional storytelling and brand development skills – blending creativity with commercial focus.
  • Experience harnessing AI, automation, and cutting‑edge marketing tools.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a passion for empowering teams.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in healthcare, tech, education, or people‑led services.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, platforms, or professional services marketing.
  • A flair for media, PR, or podcasting.
