We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Global Performance Marketing Manager to lead our global paid media strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Campaigns, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI. If you’re passionate about data-driven global campaigns and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global paid media strategy tailored for B2B, spanning channels such as paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram), content syndication, third-party sponsored publications, Performance Max, and emerging B2B platforms.
  • Strategically manage and optimize paid programs to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (CLTV), while achieving KPIs for each channel within a cohesive global program. Focus on lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—digital, sales, and product marketing—to identify and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities that improve paid program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Understand and integrate SEO and SEM interplay, partnering with the digital team to drive an effective search strategy that maximizes organic and paid synergies.
  • Lead planning and execution of complex global campaigns with localization for regional markets across North America, EMEA (UK, France, Germany), and Australia, ensuring cultural relevance and market effectiveness.
  • Manage and drive performance of agency and vendor relationships, setting clear, data-driven expectations and accountability for delivering outcomes and strategic goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions. Regularly present reports with strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor activity in the B2B marketing landscape to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B performance marketing with a proven track record of managing and optimizing significant ad budgets ($1M+ annually).
  • Expertise in developing and executing global B2B paid media programs, including successful localization strategies for diverse regional markets (EMEA, UK, France, Germany) and Australia.
  • Expert-level understanding of KPIs for paid channels (CPL, CPA, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution) and how they contribute to a unified B2B paid media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex marketing data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that impact revenue.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, product marketing, and sales.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals and their integration within a digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience managing and optimizing agency and vendor relationships to achieve performance objectives.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, content syndication, third-party sponsored publications, and Performance Max for B2B contexts.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS or related technology industries. Bonus points if you’ve sold to brands and retailers.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience selling to brands and retailers.

$110,000 - $115,000 a year. Base salary is provided as a good faith estimate and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. We may pay outside this range as needed during the interview process. Your recruiter can share more about salary range and total compensation during hiring.
