This is a hands–on, dynamic role with a strong focus on CRM, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign performance analysis. You'll collaborate with internal teams and global partners to execute campaigns that support brand growth and customer engagement across different markets.Key Responsibilities for the Global Marketing Executive:Plan, manage, and execute multi–channel marketing campaigns across email, CRM, SMS, app push notifications, digital, and printDevelop customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, personalised communicationsWrite clear and effective briefs for internal teams and external agenciesCoordinate international marketing communication plans to meet deadlines and business objectivesMonitor and analyse global campaign performance, providing insights and optimisationsCollaborate with cross–functional teams to align marketing priorities and strategiesCreate, review, and edit marketing content to ensure quality and consistencyTrack budgets and manage purchase orders and invoices accuratelyEnsure all global marketing activities comply with brand standards, GDPR, and legal requirementsSupport global market research and competitor analysisSkills & Experience Required:Degree in Marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years' B2C marketing experience, ideally with international exposureStrong experience in CRM and digital marketingMust have experience in delivery multi–channel B2C campaignsExcellent copywriting and proofreading skillsConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesData–driven, with an analytical mindset to assess and improve campaign performanceExperience in travel, leisure, or hospitality is an advantageInterest in travel and international markets is highly valuedRefer a friend and you will receive a retail voucher of your choice up to the value of 500.
