Global Marketing Events Lead (CES)

We’re looking for an experienced event marketing professional to manage large‑scale, high‑profile technology events such as CES, product launches, and partner co‑marketing programs. Key Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional event teams from concept to execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Partner with senior leaders to define event strategy, KPIs, and ROI. Oversee logistics, production, vendor management, and on‑site operations. Develop event marketing campaigns, content, and digital promotion. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and mitigate risk. Track and report event performance and insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of event marketing or event management experience, managing large‑scale events. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with external partners and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in high‑pressure environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience delivering events at CES, in hotel suites, or at the Wynn Encore, Las Vegas. Experience working with Chinese event delivery companies. Experience delivering events for technology startups, semiconductor or automotive OEMs. Familiarity with Feishu or Lark groupware systems; Chinese language skills. US visa waiver country citizenship or visa to travel to the US.
