This role will contribute by providing digital marketing assistance to the global marketing team and taking ownership of specific digital media related tasks.In this position, you will report to the Global Digital Media Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Website & Digital ContentAssist in updating retailer listings, product updates and player profiles.Upload and schedule website highlights and event news.Work closely with local marketing leads on website promotions and email campaigns (content input, scheduling, and timing).Email & Inbox ManagementMonitor marketing inbox daily—forward, reply, or escalate messages as appropriate.Help draft email toolkits and presentations.Video & Media RequestsCoordinate video content requests for tournaments and events—liaise with digital and social media team and track deliverables.Social Media & CommunityProvide day-to-day customer support via social channels, responding promptly and escalating complex issues.Track and respond to comments, direct messages, and general engagement.Support influencer outreach and relationship management—assist with communications, tracking, and scheduling.Record and report influencer metrics, social content analytics, and paid campaign performance.Digital Marketing SupportAssist with aspects of paid digital campaigns—e.g., basic setup, reporting, and budget tracking.Support analytics and metrics: compile data on website visits, engagement, email performance, influencers, and paid ads.Support the management of internal toolkits and presentation templates.Global Events & LogisticsAssist in organizing logistics for marketing activities at global tournaments and events (e.g., booking, coordinating assets, distributing toolkits, liaising with local teams).Who/what are we looking for?Previous digital marketing or communications experience—internship, part-time, volunteer, or 1–2 years in assistant rolesFamiliarity with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress).Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail .Comfortable on social media platforms and handling basic community engagement .Basic analytics competency (Google Analytics or equivalent)Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; basic graphic tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, etc.) a plusStrong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to support international teamsA proactive, can‑do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.1–2 years’ experience in a communications or digital marketing assistant role, or equivalent via internships/volunteering.Experience managing social media, email campaigns, or website content.What do we offer?An informal, social, dedicated, and sportive working environmentDynamic working environment within a versatile companyHybrid working (mostly remote)A permanent contract (including 3 months trial period)Appropriate salary based on education and experienceBonus arrangement up to 20% upon company and individual performanceIf you would like to apply for this role then hit the apply button and please submit your CV and cover letter.
