We seek passionate individuals who enjoy solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways.What we are looking for: SentinelOne is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with regional sales teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the UK/I region. The Field Marketing Manager plays an active role for the sales team, ensuring they benefit from global marketing programs while executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories. What will you do?
Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the UK/I Regional Sales Teams. These integrated programs may include:
Roadshows, seminars and workshops highlighting customer success and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities ABM & C-level campaigns: Programs to create/accelerate opportunities Partner/ Alliances Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plans Greenfield programs: targeting new contact and account acquisition
Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to understand market trends in the region and customize programs as needed Communicate regional and vertical trends to HQ to modify overall strategy, messaging, and content Identify other programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics via SFDC; present to regional AVP, marketing team and GTM stakeholders Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
Passion for building and driving a marketing business to scale and demonstrating progress and success in the region both from direct and indirect motions to market Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and return in pipeline and closed/won business Experience developing regional plans using an account-based marketing approach targeting large enterprises; top accounts program experience is a plus Understanding of intent platforms and how to leverage them in plans/programs 4+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events Ability to monitor and report on key metrics, adjusting marketing plans based on results Experience working with sales leaders to generate pipeline and drive the business; ability to influence cross-functionally across GTM teams Ability to market to a range of B2B personas using various offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms Comfortable with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning Fluent English required Willing to travel 30% of the time
