OverviewCreative Marketing Director at Domain Design Agency (DDA). We are a Google Approved Partner agency providing graphic design, website development, SEO, and PPC marketing services. We are looking for an experienced sales specialist on commission basis, who can manage themselves and the full sales process from sourcing cold opportunities and handling incoming leads, right through to closing the deal and handing over to our studio team.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and qualify new business leads (cold outreach and inbound inquiries)Confidently present and sell services including web design, branding, SEO, and PPC campaignsBuild strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning solutions effectivelyManage the full sales cycle, including proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closureWork closely with the internal studio team for smooth handover after each successful saleWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in selling digital agency services (web design, SEO, PPC, marketing)Self-motivated, confident, and able to drive and create sales independentlyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of digital marketing and website solutionsMust be UK-based with clear, fluent English communication skills to ensure strong rapport with local prospectsIdeally already experienced in this sector so minimal training is requiredWhat We OfferOngoing prospects and leads to work onWork when you want, totally flexible working arrangementLong-term potential for the right personSupport from our experienced studio team to help with ongoing proposals and technical inputAll marketing collateral provided (presentations, brochures, rate card, case studies) so you can focus on sellingClear pricing structures and service details to make conversations with prospects straightforwardCommission & Bonus Structure15% commission on all one-off projects (e.g. website builds, branding, design jobs, SEO package)20% commission on all monthly retainers (SEO, PPC, marketing packages), paid on the first monthly invoiceQuarterly performance bonus of £1,000 for hitting £60k+ in sales within a 3-month periodNo earning cap – the more you close, the more you earnCommission is paid in full once the client’s first invoice has been paid, ensuring smooth cashflowOTE £2k–£7k+ per month, uncapped earnings potential (Commission/Bonus Only):At £10–12k sales/month, expect to earn around £2,000–£2,200/month in commission.At £20–22k sales/month, expect to earn around £4,000–£4,500+/month, including quarterly bonus.At £30–32k sales/month, expect to earn around £6,500–£7,000+/month, including quarterly bonus.There is no cap on earnings, so higher performers can earn significantly more.This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will work on a flexible freelance basis, choosing your own days and hours, and are free to work with other clients at the same time.
