Our Marketing & Insight team is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic recruiter to help connect top talent with the businesses shaping consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and customer intelligence. You’ll be recruiting across roles where data meets decision-making, including customer analytics, CRM, digital performance, and brand insight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full 360 Recruitment – Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across marketing analytics and consumer insight roles.
• Business Development – Building new relationships and expanding existing accounts within the Marketing & Insight space.
• Sourcing & Headhunting – Finding top talent in areas like customer analytics, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
• Client Delivery – Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.

Who We’re Looking For

• Have 1–3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Are confident communicators who can build rapport quickly
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude

A background in marketing, digital, or analytical recruitment is a bonus, but not essential. We’re focused on mindset and drive as much as on experience.
