You’ll be recruiting across roles where data meets decision-making, including customer analytics, CRM, digital performance, and brand insight.What You’ll Be DoingFull 360 Recruitment – Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across marketing analytics and consumer insight roles.Business Development – Building new relationships and expanding existing accounts within the Marketing & Insight space.Sourcing & Headhunting – Finding top talent in areas like customer analytics, brand strategy, and performance marketing.Client Delivery – Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.Who We’re Looking ForHave 1–3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment roleAre confident communicators who can build rapport quicklyThrive in fast-paced, high-output environmentsBring energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitudeA background in marketing, digital, or analytical recruitment is a bonus, but not essential.
