🕒 Permanent, Full Time (3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home)
What we are looking for:
This is a junior level role within the team where the successful candidate will be supporting the firm’s client engagement strategy through the planning and delivery of high-quality events and marketing initiatives. You will also be working closely with Partners, Lawyers, and the wider BD & Communications team to enhance the firm’s profile and strengthen client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Event Management
Plan and deliver in-person, virtual and hybrid events from proposal to completion, on time and within budget.
Manage all event logistics: venue sourcing, supplier liaison, delegate management, AV coordination, and on-the-day support.
Support wider events team with delivery of large-scale client events and internal conferences, including the global partnership conference and regional sector conferences.
Collaborate with legal teams to develop event themes, content and target audience lists.
Track event performance, gather feedback and report on ROI.
Setting, communicating and maintaining event timelines and priorities.
Organising marketing materials for events.
Maintain and update event listings on internal firmwide calendar and external website.
Designing and issuing invites through Vuture.
Marketing Support
Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns which align with our firm and sector strategies.
Oversight of the E-marketing campaign schedule, ensuring coordination across regions and sectors.
Support email marketing campaigns using Vuture.
Support the Events team with event promotion on LinkedIn and website.
CRM and Data Management
Use the firm’s CRM system (InterAction) to manage contact data, event invitations and mailing lists.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and firm policies.
Use campaign and event data to create reports and recommendations that support BD teams with client/prospect targeting and engagement.
Experience in a marketing or events role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An excellent team player.
