What You’ll Do
Lead and execute brand-focused marketing campaigns from concept through to analysis Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate leads and drive ticket sales Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform campaign direction and positioning Collaborate across departments, from design to sales, to maintain consistency and maximise results Manage and mentor a junior marketer, ensuring the delivery of high-performing, insight-led campaigns Take ownership of marketing performance reporting, budgets, and forecasting Innovate across acquisition channels including PPC, social media, email marketing, partnerships and more
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a brand marketing or marketing manager role (live events or media a plus) A track record of delivering high-impact campaigns using a blend of creativity and data Strong digital marketing acumen, including CRM systems, automation tools and analytics platforms Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills A passion for building and growing brands in a collaborative, creative environment
