Responsibilitiesmanagement of HTML deployments, eNewsletter builds and creation of bespoke custom landing pagesResponsible for the building, monitoring, and maintenance of lead generation landing pages, including custom form creation.Responsible for the eMarketing promotion schedule of lead generation campaigns, including building, and deployment of promotional eBlasts for lead generation campaigns.Responsible for specialized lists in HubSpot and List Builder to support eMarketing for lead generation campaigns.Responsible for the construction, deployment, and monitoring of E-Drip / workflow campaigns.Responsible for various other lead generation promotions including compendiums, multi-sponsored content as needed per campaign, and additional promotional needs as requiredCoordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.Responsible for monitoring and following up with external clients, Writers and Design to ensure timelines are met for campaign goals.Responsible for communicating any and all updates on lead generation campaigns, including, but not limited to launch timelines, materials required, changes needed, and analysis of launched campaigns.Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.Support with additional tasks, that may include, but not limited to: newsletter and 3rd party eBlast support, Editorial Calendar, and various other tasks under the TN eMarketing umbrella.Qualifications1+ years of experience working with email marketing.Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)Good Knowledge of HTML & CSSExcellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or a related fieldNecessary Skills and ExperienceData-drivenApproach new process implementation and change with a can-do attitudeHighly organizedExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at any one timeEffective communication skillsExhibits organisational values and behavioursAbility to foster positive relationships and influence successful outcomes for the brand, stakeholders, and customers alike.Enthusiasm and self-motivationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer, with a flexibility-first approach to our place of work practices, fostering a mix of hybrid, in-office, and fully remote options.Apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
