About the role The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the EFI’s brand marketing, and student recruitment strategy across the Group. The postholder will shape EFI’s market presence, drive our consumer and commercial decisions, and ensure a strong, distinctive, and credible brand across our specialist sectors. This is a key Executive Leadership Team role, contributing to wider organisational strategy and ensuring marketing supports EFI’s mission and long-term sustainability.
