Director of Admissions & Marketing — Full time, office based, with 25 days' holidays (plus Bank Holidays).

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Admissions and Marketing to lead pupil recruitment and drive Stonar School's growth. This pivotal role will shape and deliver the admissions journey for families, ensuring a personalised, professional, and welcoming experience. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will align marketing activities with admissions objectives to enhance the School's reputation and reach. As a key member of the Executive Management Group, you will champion pupil recruitment, retention, and brand profile with vision, data-driven insight, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pupil recruitment and admissions strategy to align with School objectives.
• Shape and deliver the admissions journey for families to ensure a personalised, professional, and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align marketing activities with admissions objectives to enhance the School's reputation and reach.
• Act as a key member of the Executive Management Group to champion recruitment, retention, and brand profile with data-driven insight and strong interpersonal skills.

Terms

• Full time, year round. Some flexibility required for attendance at recruitment events including Open Mornings, Fairs and international events outside those hours at evenings and weekends.
• Holiday: 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays (to be taken during school holidays).
• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
• Lunch is available when the school kitchen is open.
• 10 days sick leave.
