Responsibilities

You’ll be the strategic IT interface for our Digital Marketing and Medical Education teams, translating commercial and medical goals into technology solutions. From leading the roadmap for platforms like Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to overseeing digital channels and ensuring GDPR compliance, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation. You’ll also guide the development of virtual training and LMS platforms, champion agile delivery, and pilot emerging technologies like AI and chatbots to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in IT strategy or Business Relationship Management, ideally within digital marketing or healthcare.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, personalisation and journey building.
• Show strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, including web platforms, SEO, analytics and UX.
• Be confident in agile methodologies and stakeholder management, with a clear focus on value delivery and innovation.
