Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 pa / £19 - £25 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Location: 3 days in Tongwell, 2 days from home
Your New Role:
In this role, you will support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in developing, delivering, and optimizing national media campaigns to support sales objectives across key areas such as product launches and top-end vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative teams, media agencies, and external partners to execute top-tier campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
- Maximize media efficiency through strategic planning and explore new media opportunities to reach prospects and existing customers.
- Contribute confidently to creative and media process development, working closely with external agencies.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals by collaborating with internal teams including product, sales, and PR.
- Leverage analytics to drive insights, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to generate leads.
- Maintain brand consistency and campaign efficiency by working with the Region Europe Content Hub Team and utilizing central assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in budget control, financial administration, and ensuring proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in luxury automotive or premium consumer goods sectors.
- Successful track record in high-impact marketing campaigns, including paid media and product launches.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels such as VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey alignment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards for campaign optimization.
- Experience managing creative and media agency partnerships.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to test and learn for optimal results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
