Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Search Specialist. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, define, create, implement, and deliver the paid search and SEO strategy to grow the Michael Kors online business across 50+ EMEA markets. Paid Search Strategy: guide our agency daily to improve paid search and shopping campaign performance, optimize budgets, bid strategies, product feed enhancements, ad copy, and account structure; build a global test & learn agenda for paid search with our agency; stay up to date with industry privacy regulations and their impact in Digital Marketing (e.g., CAPI, consent mode); manage Total Search relationship between agency and third-party vendors; review market strategy for channel mix; build a roadmap for organic traffic growth; drive improvements in keyword growth and Local Search visibility; own on-page SEO strategies including onsite SEO/AI-enhanced articles and copy optimization for category and product pages across all markets; manage tech/back-end enhancements for SEO with agency, web production and development teams, including QA checks; monitor Core Web Vitals and oversee implementation improvements. Reporting & Analytics: produce weekly/monthly reporting to clearly articulate performance, reasons for results, and action plans with a focus on efficiency of marketing spend; analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organic traffic and engagement. Invoicing, Legal & Security: manage invoices for relevant channels and third-party vendors; support contract renewals, onboarding and security clearance for new projects. Cross-functional collaboration: work with Brand, Design, Analytics, CRM & Retail teams across EU and North America to align activity with broader business objectives; integrate SEO into content planning and digital initiatives with Site Merch & Web Production teams; contribute to an inclusive and enjoyable workplace.
Qualifications
3-4+ years of hands-on SEM experience, ideally in retail or eCommerce Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs with ability to derive insights and translate them into action plans Proven success managing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple geographies Strong analytical skills; proficiency in tools like Google Ads, SA360, Google Search Console, keyword tracking tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., DemandSphere, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar) Experience working with or managing external agencies Good understanding of enterprise analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or equivalent Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas to senior management
