Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts. Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to reach our target audience and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the job portal/online recruitment industry. Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Thorough understanding of various digital marketing channels and their best practices. In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with a flair for ideation and innovation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
