OverviewInfosys is seeking a Principal Consultant who has experience in Digital Marketing. As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Consultant - Trusted Advisor to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance, strategic counsel, and hands-on support to help them achieve their business objectives through impactful digital marketing strategies. You will go beyond tactical execution, building long-term relationships with clients and becoming an extension of their marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 12 years of experience in Information TechnologyThis position may require travel within the US.Strong understanding of Digital Marketing is a mandatory skillResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Partnerships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand their business needs, market dynamics, and goals to develop tailored digital marketing solutions.Business & Marketing Alignment: Bridge the gap between client business objectives and digital marketing strategies. Develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.Comprehensive Digital Marketing Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and more.Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies.Technology & Platform Selection: Advise clients on the selection and implementation of appropriate marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Innovation & Trend Forecasting: Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and strategies to enhance client campaigns.Client Success & Communication: Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term trust.Additional InformationThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
