Our campaigns are powered by empathy and aim to help patients and clinicians to make better healthcare decisions.About the RoleThe role of the Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the customer experience and design manager will be in creating, delivering and measuring effective, engaging marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid media, social, display advertising and SEO. Working in close partnership with our Head Of Content you will be accountable for creating and executing strategies for a number of different clients; consumer health, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and other healthcare businesses.This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced environment, and is able to adjust tactics to deliver required results.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our award-winning health marketing agency. You will be responsible for planning and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns for our pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels including website, social media, paid search, display, and moreCollaborate with creative, UX, and development teams to produce engaging digital experiences optimised for target healthcare audiencesManage campaign budgets, set KPIs, report on performance, and identify optimisation opportunitiesStay up-to-date on digital marketing and UX design trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industriesEnsure digital activities comply with relevant healthcare marketing regulations and codes of practiceRequirements:5 + years experience managing digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectorStrong working knowledge of digital platforms and UX principlesExcellent analytical skills and data-driven approachUp-to-date with healthcare marketing compliance and regulationsStrong communication and collaboration skillsHealthcare marketing or pharmaceutical experience highly desiredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
