Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager @ Transport Brand

Location: Central London (3 days in office / 2 remote)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally recognised transport and travel brand as their Digital Marketing Manager, leading campaign activity across app and web during a major year of brand focus and digital growth.

You’ll play a strategic, cross-functional role, leading the analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital campaigns (across app, web, and social) with a strong focus on ROI, customer engagement, and digital innovation.

While you won’t be hands-on in campaign setup or media buying (managed by a trusted agency), you’ll own the digital performance narrative: scrutinising plans, interpreting data, and working closely with internal teams and media partners to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external media agencies to review and optimise digital campaign performance across paid social, search, display, and app marketing.
  • Use tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and MMPs (e.g. Branch) to interpret campaign performance and inform strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate campaign testing, reporting, and performance reviews, going beyond the dashboard to challenge and improve.
  • Provide strategic input across app, website, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider brand and customer objectives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Well-rounded digital marketing experience across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Strong ability to analyse digital performance data and work with media partners to improve results.
  • Solid understanding of media mix, attribution, and campaign optimisation— especially in paid media and app/web-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, GTM, and mobile measurement platforms (MMPs).
  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and confident in leading data-driven discussions to challenge and shape agency plans.
  • Experience in ecommerce, ticketing, or app-led businesses is a plus.

Why Apply?

  • Key role during a landmark year for the brand
  • Opportunity to shape strategy while staying hands-on
