We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to scale our digital channels and drive our next phase of growth.The RoleWe’re seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy. This role will manage key marketing channels and partners with a focus on driving e-commerce revenue and customer acquisition. You will work closely with our internal team, external agencies, and freelancers, with the potential to build out your team in time.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing: Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Email & CRM: Manage customer retention and conversion strategies using Klaviyo: plan flows, campaigns, and segmentation.Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, optimise ROAS, and report on digital performance weekly/monthly with actionable insights, utilising third-party software such as TripleWhale and Analyzify.SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO best practices across site content, blogs, and product pages. Creating product pages/collections relevant to new drops and collectionsInfluencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and affiliate platforms to support acquisition and brand awareness.Website Optimisation: Collaborate on CRO improvements across the Shopify site. Suggest optimisations to focus on website conversion.Agency Management: Manage external agencies and freelancers, setting clear targets, briefs, and budgets.Intern/Junior Support: Potential to mentor and lead junior talent as the team grows.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 3–5+ years in a digital marketing or ecommerce growth role, ideally in DTC fashion, lifestyle, or beautyPlatforms: Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, Shopify, and Google Analytics.Commercially Focused: Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rate) and how to impact them.Creative Meets Analytical: Can blend performance data with brand storytelling and visual campaigns.Hands-On Operator: You’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.Excellent Communicator: Confident working cross-functionally and presenting ideas backed by data.What You’ll GetA pivotal role in a fast-growing brand with ambitious digital goalsAutonomy to own and build the digital marketing functionOpportunity to shape the e-commerce journey of a recognised UK fashion label20 days holiday + bank holidaysStaff discount & access to new collectionsCreative and collaborative cultureHow to ApplyApply within LinkedIn - Ensuring your CV is attached.Direct Applicants Only - No Agencies.
